Announcing Scribd Input Filter for Drupal 7

mindre end 1 minutters læsning

I just promoted my very first Drupal module from the sandbox to a real project and released version 7.x-1.0 of the input filter to include Scribd documents into the Drupal content. Swing by and try it out at the project page.

It was a rather long process because there are so many new suggestions for modules. The module was developed to use at Vejle Idrætshøjskole’s website.

Hi, First of all a big thank you for the filter. It makes our life a hell lot easier. Love the way you can take up the wordpress embed code and use it with minimal modification. The HTML 5 feature is great too. Just a small enhacement which if possible would be great is integration into the WYSIWYG module so that it comes up as a button on the editor and even newbies can use it. Regards Santam

Thank you for your comment. It is probably a different project to make it a part of the WYSIWYG-module. An idea for a module would be media_scribd. However, I have not had the time to see how the Media module has been put together yet. If you have any suggestions to the module, you are more than welcome to use the issue queue at scribd_filter.
